Refunds

Outpost subscriptions are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, as merchant of record. Refunds are paid back by Dodo Payments, to the card or account you paid with.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan carries on to the end of the month or year you paid for, and then the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing recorded is deleted, and your sites carry on being watched on the Free plan’s schedule. If you cancel while a renewal payment is still owed, there is no paid time left, and the account moves to the Free plan at once.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. If a discount code gave you a free first month, nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends, and the 7 days run from the first payment after it.
• After that, payments are not refunded for the part of a month or year that is left when you cancel.
• If you were charged in error, such as twice for the same period, the mistaken charge is refunded in full.
• A written audit is refunded in full if you ask before it has been sent to you. Once it has been sent it is not refunded, unless you were charged in error.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan carries on for seven days while it is tried again. If it still has not come through, the account moves to the Free plan; nothing is deleted.
